Yoga is a multifaceted, ancient Indian practice designed to benefit the mind, body and spirit through physical postures, breathing techniques, lifestyle philosophies and meditation. Ohana offers a variety of adaptive and inclusive yoga styles to all ages, abilities and levels of experience including: gentle hatha, chair, restorative, yin, and slow-flow vinyasa, as well as guided meditations!


Private Yoga Session (at Ohana) includes:

  • 45-min Session

  • Brief Intake

  • Customized Yoga Session: Chair, Restorative, Slow-Flow Vinyasa, Gentle Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra Meditation, or Breathwork

Private Yoga Sessions are also available virtually.
