I am a licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist, certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor and founder of Ohana Acupuncture and Wellness Center. I earned my Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from New England School of Acupuncture. I am fully licensed by the Massachusetts State Board of Medicine. I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training on the traditional eight-limbed Ashtanga yoga system including a broad range of yoga theory, philosophy, meditation and practice at Barre and Soul in Melrose. Additionally, I have completed training in Reiki and Qigong and hold current certification in CPR/First Aid/AED.
I am truly passionate about the holistic wellness services I provide and offer heartfelt intention and integrity in everything I do. It is my mission to spread the aloha spirit and make holistic healing accessible to everyone...as well as to inspire and empower you to take care of yourself, take care of each other and to take care of our planet.
