Have you traveled recently? All patients must adhere to Massachusetts state travel guidelines.
Have you been in close contact with anyone with Covid-19 within the past 14 days?
This screening will be performed prior to your appointment.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES:
I have updated OAW's clinic policies and procedures to make the clinic as healthy and safe as possible for all patients and staff. I am closely following CDC guidelines for healthcare facilities pertaining to social distancing, personal hygiene including hand washing, as well as cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing protocols. Updates include, but are not limited to, the following:
ALL PATIENTS WILL BE SCREENED FOR COVID-19 PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS and staff will be screened for Covid-19 before coming to work.
All patients and staff are required to wear masks/face coverings over their nose and mouth the entire time they are inside the facility. Masks must be one of the following: double-layer cotton, surgical, KN95 or N95 without a valve. Masks with valves, bandanas, neck gaiters and scarves are not allowed.
Please arrive on time. Appointments will not go beyond what is scheduled as more time in between patients is now needed for deep cleaning and sanitizing.
The common waiting area at the front desk is closed. Please call from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment and ask anyone accompanying you to your appointment to wait outside of the building.
Patients must use hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon arrival.
Staff will follow strict hygiene protocols for hand washing, using hand sanitizer and wearing gloves as well.
The office has been rearranged to allow intakes to be conducted in a socially distanced manner.
Brand new HEPA air purifiers have been placed in each room.
Vinyl treatment table and face cradle are sanitized after every single use and all sheets/towels are laundered after every single use.
Common surfaces will be sanitized frequently throughout the day, especially between patients and alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available for you to use as needed.
You may pay by credit card, debit card, check or cash. There are contactless payment options available as well. If you plan to pay with cash, please plan on bringing exact change.
